What are the Life Stages Leadership Communities?

  • Life Stages Leadership Community
    The Life Stages Leadership Community creates relational peer networks of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges and desire connections to other leaders serving in similar ministry situations. Beyond relational connections, senior pastors have opportunities to exchange ideas and ministry methodologies, deepen personal leadership qualities, and encourage and pray for one another.

Resource for Senior Pastors: A Leadership Community with Peers

For over a quarter of a century Leadership Network has been serving large churches across North America and the Pastors who lead them. We have learned a great deal during that time and one of those is the need for Senior Pastors to have a place to process life and ministry issues.

At our latest Senior Pastor 2 Leadership Community, we did a short video interview asking what the greatest personal value of this LC has been for the guys.  Here is Bob Marvel’s one minute answer! Bob is the Pastor of Cornwall Church in Bellingham, WA.

Next Chapter LC

  • Next Chapter Leadership Community
    We have designed a senior pastors group called Next Chapter Leadership Community: a group for pastors in their 50s who pastor churches over 3,000. These Leadership Community groups provide the environment for peers to meet together, talk through the issues, and to form new peer relationships that probably wouldn’t occur otherwise. Basic information: Group will be limited to 12 pastors. We meet together 4 times during the two-year period. Fees – covers LC meeting expenses only, not include travel, hotel or additional expenses. Registration includes a two-year participation commitment and fee payment. $3500 if paid upfront or $4000 if 50% paid in 2011 and 50% paid in 2012. (FYI – your fee covers about 15% of the cost of the LC. Our donors cover the remaining program costs for you.)

    It is our hope that our investment in high capacity, innovative leaders will result in the distribution of information and ideas to others. Many of the churches participating in our Leadership Communities will become teachers themselves, sharing what they have learned to a broader and larger audience.
