Our Mentor Pastors

If you look to the column on the left, you will see a small section on our Mentor Pastors for our meeting in April.

Mentor pastors are an important part of our meeting and our program. They are pastors who have a heart for helping younger pastors be successful - giving advice based on their past success and failure.

Here is a list of pastors who will be joining us in April:

• Pastor Michael L. Henderson Sr.
  New Beginnings Community Church, Matthews, NC
  Pastor Henderson is committed to seeing persons come to total wholeness through the Word of God. He conducts leadership conferences, men’s conferences, staff development trainings and marriage retreats along with his wife.
• Pastor John Jenkins
  First Baptist Church of Glenarden, Landover, MD
  Pastor John Jenkins has served as the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden since 1989. Since his installation, the church membership has grown from 500 to over 7,000. Under his leadership, the church provides more than 104 ministries. He has a real heart for senior pastor health and issues surrounding it.
• Dr. Larry Osborne
  North Coast Church, Vista, CA
  NorthCoast Church is know for its innovative approach to ministry. It pioneered the use of Video Worship Venues as an intentional ministry strategy offering a variety of worship styles andlocations to expand both demographic and geographic outreach. North Coast also pioneered theuse of sermon-based small groups (a lecture/lab model that delves deeper into the weekend message).
